Copy of I-129S is not stamped/signed

Hi,

I have a valid L1-B VISA (valid till Jan'2012) but I have lost the stamped I-129S Form. I have a copy of the I-129S Form, but it is not stamped by the US Consulate.

I am currently in India (Kolkata) for my marriage and would need the form at the POE while returning to US as well as to process the L2 depedent VISA of my spouse.

1. Can you pls help me out as to how I can get the copy of the I-129S stamped/signed?
2. Can I get it done from the US Consulate at Kolkata or do I need to send it to US Consulate at Mumbai (since my VISA was issued from Mumbai)

Can someone pls let me know about the stamp/sign on I-129S? Is there a problem if its not, or is there a way I can get my copy endorsed?
