I'm from the UK. My fiance has the opportunity with his firm to go out to the states as a director. We've been engaged since last June, have a mortgage together and have lived together for 2 years. We can't yet get married as my divorce is done but his is still underway and difficult.
Is there any way to be accepted as an F2 with this status? Is there any way to go with him with another visa status (and ideally get work - I'm a marketing professional) then get married in the usa when his divorce gets through and eventually get an L2. ?
I don't want him to lose the opportunity and he doesn't want to go without me
Any advice really appreciated,
