L2 EAD, waiting for biometric since 2 months

Hi,

I m on L2 visa and e-filed I765 (EAD) on 13 dec 2010. I got confirmation receipt but still didn't received biometric appointment letter.

I have also send all my supporting docs to Nebraskra center. I checked my status online it is still in "initial review" and also called customer service to generate service request but no updates from their side.

Should i take info appointment ? or they will not call me for biometric test. Pls suggest.

Send photo instead of biometric test

Hi,

Today 8th March 2011, i got RFE from uscis stating that pls send ur photo instead of biometric test.

I have send my photo.

Hope i will receive EAD soon now.

Hey Pooja ,

did u finally get ur EAD ? i have applied to the nebraska center and haven't heard anything ... its 90 days already and i did not need the biometric interview (uscis responded to service request ) . It seems to be faster process elsewhere like west coast ....

I am Praseetha ..Today I applied for EAD online and after completing the payment, clicking on the final confirmation..One PDF got generated and it has the EAC# and i logged out. Again i logged to verify the status and i am not able to see anything including my form as well. I dont know what is the issue? can anyone help into this ? I didnt get any mail confirmation as well. Please let me know if anyone faced the same situation.

You will get a receipt in mail in about 1 or 2 weeks. You will need to send supporting documents as per the pdf generated by the system.
