Currently I have L1B since 4 years and working in USA. My company is thinking of L1A next year and process my GC. I would like to know on follwing
1. How much time it takes from L1b to L1A?
2. Do I and my family needs to go back to India?
3. Do I have to work for india and then company can do L1A?
4. Can L1A done from USA?
