Need answers for the following questions regarding L1B visa. Please give some insight --
1. If an L1B Blanket visa gets refused by VO (reason: 'not clearly approvable'), and VO suggests to come back with an individual petition, what are the chances of getting the latter approved at the interview?
2. In case the L1 individual also gets refused, what are the implications on me w.r.t. my future travel plans to the US?
3. When L1 gets refused, for filling future DS-160, will the L2 applicant spouse mark 'yes' on the questions asking previous visa refusals?
