I came to USA on L1b visa and working for a employer 'X', in 2009, I applied for H1b visa and got approved in sept 2010 by an employer "Y",but im still continuing on L1b for employer "X". now i came to know that im out of status and i want to visit india on march 24 2011 and come back within 4 days that is march 29 2011 to maintain my L1b .will there be any problem while entering usa?can i go now and come back on l1b visa with out problem ?can anyone pls share their experiences ?pls help..
