L1 Extension Filed near expiration of i94.

Hi,

My Company is applying my L1B Visa Extension closer to the expiration of i94 and visa with Normal process and not premium process.

Could there be any Legal(USCIS) issues or rejection issues compare to applying 6 month's or few month's before?

Companies find it economical and funny to play with career of their employees and they risk your future by applying at very end of I-94 (I am going through that), bottom line is if something negative happens one immediately start accumulating invalid stay until he/she leaves US.

Unfortunately we will need to pay price for companies delay, as they don't face any action. Insist to company for premium processing.

Try to convince them for Premium. Illegal stay is counted from I-94 if extension is denied.
