suggestion plz...imp

I newly married and want to apply l2 visa for my wife. I have registered my marriage.
But this is my second marriage and there is a delay in my first marriage's divorce, but my first wife alreay got married. My first marriage is not registered. but only When I applied for L1 visa, i mentioned that my first wife's name and marriage date and mentioned that we are separated.

Now due to delay in divorce papers, what needs to be done as I already in US and I want my new wife to come to US soon.

Please advise.

If you are not actually divorced officially from your first marriage yet, how can any of you can get married already?
