    Hello, everyone:
I really appreciate you help on this.
I've worked for a big company on L1B (Blanket) for almost 3 years, my I-94(L1B) will expire in 4 month, I am about to extend my L1B.

Since I've heard some many L1B extension within US got rejected, I think if doing a fresh L1B(Blanket) with another two years, then go to border and come back with the new I-129 (I have Canadian passport, no need for visa) will be feasible.

It is my understanding that L1B requires, quote from CIS:
"A letter from the alien's foreign qualifying employer detailing his or her dates of employment, job duties, qualifications and salary and demonstrating that the alien worked for the employer abroad for at least one continuous year within the three-year period before the filing of the petition in an executive or managerial capacity or in a position involving specialized knowledge"

In my case, I still have the letter from my Canadian company for my current L1B, but it is dated June 2008, can I use the same letter for this fresh L1B?

Another question is that, anyone has been in the similar situation as I do? any suggestions?

    Thanks a lot
