  • ds-160 filing help required,applying for l1b previously applied h1b.

    Hi Guys,
Please provide me input for my case.
I had applied for h1b visa in 2009 but my company(NOT CURRENT BUT OTHER ONE) didn't worked on it further and my case of h1b is still in "Initial Review" State.

Now I am applying for L1B from my current company and while filling DS-160. I came across this question"Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"

Now I am not clear whether my case falls in above statement as"YES" or "NO" and if yes will it affect my current chances of getting L1B ?also what detail should i mention in response to this question?
    Thanks in Advance

I think answer should be NO

you ever been NOT refused a U.S. Visa,
Not been refused admission to the United States, or
Not withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry.

    Did u?

Ask the same question to your immigration team.

    Thanks

Visa application made by you and petition filed by a company are not the same thing.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
