Resignation on L1B

Hi All,

I am in US on L1B Blanket with employer A. Employer B is filing my H1 with COS. I think I can submit the resignation once the H1B with COS gets approved. Kindly advise if I am wrong.

My employer has a notice period of 2 months in India. However, does it hold true in US as well?

You can resign anytime after H1 receipt.
You must resign and start working for H1 employer after H1 COS is approved.
