L1B and L2 advice

Hi all,

I am really in a fix. I am a holder of a B1 visa.
My company asked me to go to the USA for 2 months to work there,
thus a L1B petition was initiated and now I have an interview on Friday.

My question here is in my I-129S my weekly wages are in INR (that is my indian CTC) and hours per week is 40. I am a first time L1 visa applicant.

I have the following questions regarding this:
1. when the L1 is for transfer of employees can i be able to get a INR salary in india while i get an allowance while in the US.

2. if the INR salary/wages is fine, then do i need any other documentation to be safe from my end.

please help me defuse my head to sanity

Dress code for L2 Dependent Interview

Hi,
I have US, L2 dependent visa interview in Chennai coming up. pls let me know if Indian Salwar kameez or saree is ok for the interview ? Or need to be in formals?

Attire is never a decisive factor in Visa interviews (any). Dress in clean and comfortable clothes.
