Dear Sir/Madam,

Me and my husband are on L1 and L2 visa respectively.I have a valid EAD till nov 2012 and am working. Our L1 and L2 visas are getting expired in nov 2011.

My husband's company is sponsoring us H1 and H4..my concern is can I continue working till the validity of my EAD as my I-9 has record of both EAD and visa.

No.

Once you are no longer on L2, you can no longer work on EAD.
