First Name incorrect on L1B Petition

Hello,

My first name is entered incorrectly on petition for L1B Visa, it should be SHAILENDER instead of SHAILENDRA. Can anyone please let me know the process of getting it updated on Petition.

Does it get updated on the current petition or the whole new process will take place for having a new petition with the correct name.

Looks like some Punjabi filled your application who erroneously assumed your name as SHAILENDER.

It would be the best if you contact your employer who will contact their lawyer to get this corrected.
