H1 to L1 Visa Inquiry

Dear Sir/mam,

Please let me know as i have done Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GDBA) and i have about 5-6 years work experience.

I am currently on H1 status from ABC Company and now i got new employer who is ready to do L1 visa for me. As i head that L1 visa get your quickest green card if your employer fills in your behalf.

Please let me know do i qualify for L1 in any category. And also send me the info about company can sponser L1 it is necessary that it has to be audited company to fill for L1 petition.

In order to qualify for L1, you must have worked for that company in your country for last 1 year.

As you are here on H1 now, you could not have been working for some in your country to qualify for L1.
