Hi,
I am on L1B Visa and last month got married and came back to USA, but did not get Marriage registered so don't have marriage certificate.
And it is not possible to get marriage certificate without my presence.
But i want to apply L2 visa for my wife.
I have following supporting Documents:
1. Marriage Certificate issued by priest of temple.
2. Entire marriage photo album.
3. Invitation Cards.
Questions:
1. Is is possible to get L2 visa without marriage certificate issued by registrar? If yes, please let me know the alternative.
2. If L2 is rejected due to non availability of Marriage certificate, after how much time we can apply again?
Please help me, Thanks in advance....
Thanks!
Praveen
