Hi,
I work for xxx company. My company filed for L1B blanket petition.
Below is my situtuation:
I am fluent in english but not my wife. She can under stand english but unable to reply properly.
I checked the appointment dates. I dont have earliest available date for english and telugu are same.
So if i choose eng for both us, can translate behalf of her ?
The only thing i am concerned is " did they reject the l2 visa on the basis of lanuguage" ?
what are chance l1b approved and l2 denied ?
