Minimum days required before an L2 visa expires to enter the US

Hi folks.,

Can you please help me to know the minimum number of days required for an L2 person to enter to the US before it expires. My spouse visa expires in July 21st. Can she travel in May 1st week or should she have 90 days of visa validity before she starts from India.

Please help....!!
