    L1 6 years getting over

    Hi All,

    My 6 years in L1 visa is getting over but my spouse is in H1 and I can stay after that in H4 visa as dependent. If I stay for 1 year as dependent in USA, then will I be eligible for another 6 years in L1/H1 after that ? or Will I have to be out of USA to become eligible for new 6 years term.
