Need clarification.

Hi Members,

I saw from the posts that there is a common question asked by VO during the visa interview for L1/l2 as follows :

VO : how much experience do you have with your current organization/Current Client etc

My question : Does experience with current organization/client play a major role in success in the L1 interview ?

I have total of 4 years of IT exp of which the exp with my current organization is only 1 year and i have been in the same domain/technology throughout 4 years ( 3 years past company + 1 year present company ). Will the L1 visa straightaway rejected since i have only 1 year exp with my current organization/Client ?

Please help how to project myself with a good answer for the above question.

Which Visa petition is better in my case L1 or H1 ?
