If i work in the US under a L1B visa, and I do not have a contract with the US company, do my employment fall under US or Irish employment law. As I understand it I am contracted to US company from Irish subsidiary to perform a duty and therefor will fall under Irish law. 
There is a big difference between the two when it comes to dismissals etc.
