L2 visa expiring want to come to US

My wife is coming on May 2nd her L2 visa is expiring on may 14th ,
My L1 visa is also expiring on May 14th but my company is already applied for my extension here.
i have following questions for her, if somebody can help me

1. will USCS will allow her to enter US?
2. how long will she will get the I94?
3. Can she tell the immirigation dept that her husband already applied for extension and he want to accompany him?
4.Can we apply for her extension once she will come here?

this is urgent if somebody can help me.

USCIS does not control entry. CBP does, there should not be any problem in her entry.
2. how long will she will get the I94?
She will need to show a copy of your latest approval notice, and her I-94 will be according to that. (If your extension is approved by that time, she can show new notice)
3. Can she tell the immirigation dept that her husband already applied for extension and he want to accompany him?
Yes. She can tell that your employer has filed the extension.
4.Can we apply for her extension once she will come here?
She must file I-539 to extend her status based on your pending petition. It must reach USCIS before her I-94 expires.
