Hi,
My wife's employer is applying for L1A visa for her. We want to apply dependent L2 visa for me and kids. But, I am currently working in India and taking leave for 3 months to join my family.
My wife's employer has requested for NOC from my current employer to consider my L2 visa application. My employer is maintaining that NOC is not required for any L2 visa by US consultate and requesting why this NOC is required ?
Can you help me -
1. Links on US visa website stating requirement for NOC from current employer for dependent spouse on L2 visa.
2. WHy is NOC required ? can L2 application be submitted without NOC too ?
