    L1B to H1B xfer work period

    Hi,

    I have completed 3 Yrs on L1B & my extension is under process thru company A.

    1. If I (company b ) apply for my H1B this year how long H1B will be vaild ?
    2. can it be extended after x period (ans to above question) beyond H1B period that i got First time ?

    Thanks ! Please help me understand.
