My case is very different. Please help me out and advise me.
Currently I'm in USA and I've L1B - Blanket Visa till Jan 2011, But I-94 till 2012. My spouse is in India. So How Can she come here in USA ? any advise ? and pls give me answer for this below scenario also.
If I'll apply my petition Extension file from USA itself , If I get rejection , then Which date is consider for my I-94 ( 2012 or new one) ? or i've to go back to india ?
If I'll put fresh petition from India ,so what is the maximum time will take PA's date ?
and what is the chances to get Approval for L1B-Blankat visa ?
Please give me appropriate answer on this . I appreciate ur help.
