    Very Urgent, Please help!!!

    Hi Its very urgent. I have got L1B visa from Feb 2011 to Feb 2014. But if I enter US in Feb 2012, then i have to apply for extension in Feb 2014 or Feb 2015. They count 3 years from the date we enter US?? Please help.

    Also what is I94, is it the date when we enter US.
