Iam currently on L2 visa working on EAD. My current employer filed my H1 for 2011 quota and we got a rejection because USCIS say they dint receive reply for query ,but my lawyer says she sent the documents on time so we are reappealing the case again .
my EAD will expire by the end of april .
I have few questions which has to be clarified
1) can i still work once my EAD expires and my emploers has reappealed for my H1 again.
suppose my reappealing thing doesnt work out and my EAD also gets expired.
my husbands company is doing an L1 extension for him .
2) can i file for a new EAD instead of present EAD extension once his L1 gets extended since EAD extensions are taking more than 2 -3 months .
I have got a full time offer now.
3) can i change my employer once my case is reappealed.
