US Consulate Interview Letter has Passport Number Typo Mistake

Hi All,

My US Consulate Interview Letter has a typo mistake with regard to my Passport Number, the lat digit is wrong. This is because my company when they were paying HDFC Receipt made the mistake.

The DS-160 form has the correct info. My company is telling that this is not a serious issue, and I can go anead with the interview.

Please advice me on how to proceed.
