    Hi,

    I had valid L1 and L2 visas. i am planing to travel on L2 visa.
    What happened to my L1 visa, is it still valid or cancel by port of entry people?

    Could you please help me its urgent!

    Visa will not be canceled and neither will the petition be canceled.
    But you cannot work for the L1 employer until you receive L2 EAD.

      my exact question is, I am coming to US for one month to meet my wife who is currently working on L1 in USA. after 1 month i would go back to India( because i am working). can I came back on L1 visa with for work on same L1.

      While coming to USA my L1 visa doesn't canceled right?

          Iam having L2 valid VISA and planning to for L2 stamping ,is there any chance of cancelling or making invalid for L1 VISA?

            Is it possible to get L2 VISA as iam having already L1 VISA?
            is there any one having both the VISA(L1 and L2) valid ?

              It is possible the the officer will cancel the visa in your passport, but the underlying petition will not be canceled and if your employer decides to send you to the US in future, you can again get the L1 visa from the consulate using the same petition.
              There should not be any problem in getting the L2 visa itself.
