I am in the US on a L1 Visa with my wife and kids.
The Visa expires in 2 month and the company that sponsors the visa is closing down.
I really want to stay until the end of the year (Not working, I have a saving to spend) and then return to my home country (Denmark).
My plan is to go home to Denmark when it expires in July and stay for a month. Then return on the Visa Waiver for 3 month which will be November, then go on vacation in Denmark for a week and return to the states for the last 6 weeks and then return to Denmark for good.
Will that plan work?
And can my kids attend School in the US legally?
I know it's not 100 % clean, but who will suffer a loss?
