Originally I was on L1 visa. I applied for L2 and EAD concurrently. I received notice that the L2 has been approved (but not received any new I94 yet). But my EAD went into RFE just now.
In RFE , they ask the following things
1) Principal L1
2) Applicant's I94, passport, visa and I 129
Am confused what they really mean? Principal's L1 I can understand as my wife's L1, which is fine. But "applicant's I94, visa , I 129" mean my old L1's documents or the new ones am yet to receive from USCIS for my L2 ?
Please clarify
