Hi There,
Need some clarification reg the 240 Day rule for L1B Visa Extension.This is my 3rd Year in US. I did not receive any update from USCIS w.r.t to L1B extension.
Applied for L1B Extension on OCT 10
Visa Expiration on Nov 10
240day Expiration on JUL 11
I have two questions
1) Can I stay in US after 240days of expiration without working any where or i have to leave the country??
2) Can i Continue to Work for the same employer, as the max limit for L1B Visa is 5 years to stay.
