L1 VISA after Business Visa Rejection

Hi,

I have my Business Visa rejected on Oct-2010 and i have my L1-B interview next week.

I have submitted my resignation with the present company on oct-2010 and withdrawn my resignation. In the same month,before withdrawing the resignation, my business visa appiled via new company got rejected.


Am i going to get affected due to the Business Visa rejection?.

I do not have paper evidence that i got employed to a new company on oct-2010, however i have attended an B1 interview and it got rejected.


What i have to tel if the VO enquires on the B1 visa rejection?.
