My visa and entry / exit details are below
Visa 1
Type - L1B Blanket
issue - january 2007
expiry - january 2009 (due to passport expiring)
I 94 start / entry - march 2007
I 94 end - January 2009
I 94 exit - May 2009 (after renewal rejection)
Visa 2
Type - L1B blanket
issue - october 2009
expiry - september 2012
I94 start/entry - April 2010
I 94 exit - July 2010
I 94 start/ entry - October 2010
I 94 expiry - September 2012
When am I facing a max out situation?
if I count 5 years from my first entry it is march 2012 (as I have not stayed outside US for 1 year in between - only 11 months - is this at all a rule?)
