Can someone please throw some light on my questions ..
Me and my Husband are on L1 and we both work for the same company. We are planning to intiate L2 for me once i resign.
1) How much time it takes to get L2 approval notice.
2) is there any Premium processing in L2 process ?
3) once i receive my L2 then only i should apply for EAD ?
4) How long does it usually takes for EAD approval ?
