Very urgent !!! L2 visa stamping

Hi, My husband's employer has filed for my L2 visa on 29th April and my interview date is on 8th June 2010. We got married in july 2010. My husband's L1B visa is expiring on 14th July 2011 and presently he is in US.He has eneterd US in the 1st week of May and he has got I-94 till 2013 july. So as my husband's L1B visa is expiring on 14th july, 2011 , I want to know whether it will affect the stamping of my L2 visa as the validity period of my visa would be very short (around 35 days)? Pls help as I am very tensed about this.

L2 visa validity dates are confusing and depend on spouse's visa, I-94 and petition validity dates. It is possible that your Visa will expire in July. But visa only needs to be valid on the day you travel to the US. If you show a copy of your spouse's I-94 at the port of entry, you will get I-94 according to that. But after that whenever you leave the US, you will need to apply for L2 visa again at a consulate.
