I came to US on L1B visa that was valid till Apr 2010. I got the L1B extension till Mar 2012. My employer filed for L1B-->L1A conversion and it is still in "Under Review" status. My family went back to my home country for vacation.Can they go for L2 stamping using my L1B approval notice while my L1A is still pending? Please advise.
