I have a question about status.
I am currently working on L1 visa but another company has applied for my H1 premium which got accepted got the EAC number but an RFE was issued , since the RFE may take time to respond as well as to get the decesion .
can I join the project as if I wait too long then the project may not be there and will be o if the petetion gets approved.
