Previous L1-B Holder - Am i now L1-A eligible?

Hello experts,

I held L1-B 5 years ago when I spent an year with an employer in the east coast, and now I am due to apply for L1 again with another US employer who I am working with for 4 years, in Dubai. My industry experience is 10+ year, my current residence status is that of manager for last 3 years out of four. I will be going after 'Technical Marketing ENigneer' position with my current employer in their HQ office in the US. Should I opt for L1-B or L1-A?
