L2 Stamping in Mexico/Canada
Can one go to Mexico/Canada for my wife's L2 stamping as my L1 is renewed (re stamped in India)?
Background:
I went to India for my L1A blanket renewal (on a new filing) as my company filed a new one instead of an extension in US.
I got the visa stamped and am back in US. My company will now process L2 for dependents. However, due to the situation on EAD front for my wife we would like to get the I94 ASAP to apply for EAD renewal.
