L1 A Individual After L1 A Blanket - V URGENT !

Recently, I applied for L1A Blanket as a Project Manager (through my company, which is in the top 3 IT companies of India). My L1A Blanket visa was refused ("Not Clearly Approvable" stamp was put on I-129) saying that L1A Blanket visa is not for "Project Managers". It is only for "Engagement/Account Managers". I was given a green slip (221g) saying that I should re-apply in any other category, namely L1A Individual or H1-B

I have a few queries regd above:

1. What are the chances of getting L1 A Individual Premium?

2. Does the fact that my L1A Blanket just got rejected have any impact on L1A Individual?

3. What are the requirements of L1A Individual? Are they different than those of L1A Blanket? I mean - Is it like for L1A Blanket, only Engagement Managers can apply and for L1A Individual, even Project Managers can also apply?

Any help here would really be great !
