L2 EAD Question - Pls. advice

My wife has valid L2 EAD and working currently in USA. She need to travel abroad and may need to work from there for few weeks/months.

Is she allowed to work in a US job from other countries using valid EAD? What is the maximum period allowed to work?

Do we need to apply for advance parole before she leaves USA, pls. advice.

Assuming she has work authorization in the foreign country, it does not matter to the US what she does when she is abroad.
AP is needed if she has an I-485 pending.
