Foreigner L2 Stamping in India

Hi !

I am an India Citizen in US on L1 Visa. My wife is a Argentina citizen who is with me on L2 Visa. We have renewed our L1/L2 Petition through my company. We are thinking of going to India and Stamping our VISA.

a) Is there any problem for Non-Indian's to do Visa stamping in US consulates in India ?

b) Does having PIO helps to do the same ?

Should not be a problem. Send an email to the US consulate in India to confirm.
b) Does having PIO helps to do the same ?
Yes, she may be asked to prove her legal status in India and PIO or Visa will help.
