Hi,
I got a blue slip for L1-B stamping on the 15th at chennai.
Reason- Your blanket L-1 application is not clearley approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 ans INA 101 (a)(15)(L)
what does this mean?
The question asked were usual ones like the job profile/ current exp with the client etc etc - I observed that the blue slip was kept ready even before the they asked the quesions about my job profile
Queries:
They have not asked me to submit any documents, do I still stand a chance for re applying or re checking if my organisation can check through my attorney the reason for rejection.
