Hi,
I got query (RFE) for my L1-B extension, but I am not sure about providing correct and complete information and evidence for the response. I also heard that chances of rejection increases in case of Query.
So, I have following doubt:
1. If extension is rejected then can I go back and immidiatly apply for the renewal of my L1-B visa?
2. I heard that in case of rejection, I cann't apply for any Petition for one year. Is it true?
3. Should I withdraw my case or do repose of Query? Will it effect my history?
