Hello there,
I was filling the I-765 form to apply for L2-EAD. I could see that it mentioned some reasons for denial and one of them is :
Failed to establish economic necessity as required in 8 CFR 274.a12(c)(14), (18) and 8CFR 214.2(f).
What does it mean? If my spouse is earning 85K, does it mean my EAD can be denied if USCIS see that I do not have economic necessity to take up a job?
Kindly clarify.
