L Visa and company name chnage

Hi,
I'm on L1B visa and my company is about to change its name as its buying a new company. What impact will it have on my L visa? What do I need to do? All help is appreciated. Thank you.

I went through this when my company changed its name, all I had to do was to carry a name change certificate that my company provided me during the travel, you should show this to the immeg person when entering US next time.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Is there any grace period as the certificate from the lawyer may not be ready/available the same day? (This is NOT a hypothetical case but a reality )
