Hello,
I am having a valid L1 B visa and i am currently in India and have not traveled to US till now on L1. I have received an admit from a US university and I have applied for F1 Visa stamping. Unfortunately it got denied under 214(b). Now I am planning to reapply for F1 Visa. Please let me know the following
1) Will there be any affect on my L1 B visa in my second F1 interview if the F1 Visa gets denied for the second time i.e,will they cancel already stamped L1 B also as I am attempting F1 for the second time although holding an L1 B?
2) If F1 gets denied for the second time in my current situation, will there by any affect in the the future visas ( may be down the time if I get a chance for H1 )
