Hi,
I am in US on L1-B visa from Company A (using Company A Blanket), before I come to US Company A was taken over by Company B.
In US I am working on Company B on their project and now manager of Company B wants to file for my L1-B or want to transfer my L1-B of Company A to Company B. Reasons behind doing this is monetary benefits and Company B will have full hold on me.
So, I have below question, (Company B is parent company of Company A)
1) Can Company B transfer my L1-B? I am still on pay roll of Company A and never been on pay roll of Company B
2) Can Company B file for my L1-B?
I appreciate any help in this.
