L2 EAD Related

Hi,


My wife is on EAD and she got it when I was on L1-Blanket Visa from xxxx Ltd. Now this xxx Ltd is taken over by YYYYY and we got my YYYYY L1/L2-Blanket Visa.

EAD will expire in Sep 2012. Is this EAD is still valid? Do we need to renew it? What the other things we need to take care about?

As long as her status is L2 according to her I-94, and if your status is L1 she can use the EAD.
